Hello everyone,

Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Luis Echevarria. I was in the Title Insurance industry for 18 years as an Account Executive, providing title and escrow services to the real estate and lending industry.  With the title & escrow experience aquired, I received my Mortgage Broker License from the CA Dept. of Corporations in 2004.  My wife is a real estate agent and has been since the year 2000.  As you see, we had a well packaged real estate and mortgage team going here.  I  continued in the Title business and my mortgage business on the side (plan "B") right?  Well, it all started to go down hill in the year 2006 when the real estate market started declining. The title industry got hit hard and as a result of that, I was laid off due to a company closure.  I became unemployed. 

As the real estate market continued to go down, my wife's real estate business was affected as well.  As for my Mortgage brokerage, it got impacted as well. Lenders stopped lending and no loans were closing.  I ended up closing my Mortgage business due to the lending hardship (the so called "Plan B"). I used up all my unemployment benefits and could not get any extensions approved.  We lost everything! Our home foreclosed and filed for bankruptcy! My wife ended up getting a job and I was still unemployed!

A good friend of mine (Maurice Parada-ETL) in our congregation introduced me to the ACN opportunity in December of 2008.  I saw something for the first time that opened my eyes to a better financial future! R*e*s*i*d*u*a*l- I*n*c*o*m*e! I've heard of it but just didn't know where to get it.  Everything with this opportunity made sense and I signed up!

Every month since I signed up, has been a growing month!
